Dehydrate Your Mushrooms
Mushrooms can be dehydrated at temperatures lower than 130 degrees. Dehydrate until they are cracker dry and can break in half easily. Temperatures higher than 130 degrees can cause them to loose their potency.

If you don't have a dehydrator you can lay your mushrooms out on a piece of cardboard with a little fan blowing on them, they will dry within 3-4 days.

Create your own capsules (which makes for easy daily use) or Weigh out your own dose(using a simple kitchen scale)
